United Western Enterprises, Inc. (UWE), is a job shop manufacturer of custom, thin-metal parts for use by aerospace and defense electronics, medical devices, and anywhere complex shapes and geometry in thin metal are required. We produce parts from .0005" - .063" thick from stainless steel, Nickel Silver, Beryllium-Copper, Copper, Brass, Nickel, Kovar, 600 Series Inconel and other ferrous metals. We use a chemical etching process which is ideal for prototyping and proof of concept applications. We offer in-house forming, and will arrange for parts to he heat-treated or plated as required. Typical uses include: RFI & EMI shielding, contacts, shims, encoder wheels, flat springs, and much more. UWE also has its' Interconnect Division that makes custom cable assemblies for automotive, aerospace, or ATE applications.
