If bringing your own material and self unloading you will do the following:
Arrive at 800 W Katella Ave and proceed to the loading ramp. Tell the guard you are self unloading, you will be directed to the parking structure. Carry materials through structure into ACC North lobby, pick up your exhibitor badge to gain entry to hall.
All material must be hand carryable or suitcase sized rollers. Exhibitors are allowed to move materials that can be “hand carried” by one (1) person without the use of dollies, hand trucks or other mechanical devise..
If bringing your own material and requiring material handling:
Arrive at 800 W Katella Ave and proceed to the loading ramp. Tell the guard you will be going to the loading dock. When you arrive Show Ready Expo team members will assist you in unloading material from your vehicle.
Remember to avoid extra costs order material handling in your Show Ready Expo portal ahead of time.

Advance Shipments to Show Ready:
Shipments should arrive between: August 22nd, to September 15th, 2025. Monday-Friday (8am - 4pm)
Please prepay, print and use advance shipping labels from Show Ready Expo when preparing your packages
On setup day your materials will be delivered directly to your booth space. All packaging material will be removed from the aisle and returned at end of show.
